• If you are receiving any form of medication or medical treatment or you are, or may be, pregnant, please inform your therapist. Please also keep your therapist updated should any of the above change. This is for your own well-being and should be notified at time of booking.

• We do request a cancellation period of 24 hours on all treatments and 48 hours on all Spa Day Revival Packages. We do reserve the right to charge 50% on treatments over £45 that are not cancelled within this time to cover our costs. If the treatment time can still be filled we will not charge this fee. We hope you can appreciate this reasoning.

• Members of Reflections Spa receive a 10% discount Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm off of all treatments.

• Acacia Beauty Rooms has flexible opening hours; we are available until 9.30 most evenings and open Monday to Saturday and on Sunday afternoons for large bookings.

• We accept most forms of payment by cash, debit and credit card. However to reduce our overall costs a charge of 2.5% will be added to credit cards only.

• Please remember to bring open toed shoes with you if you are having a pedicure and your own towels if you are planning on using the ‘Reflections Spa’ facilities.

• We suggest you leave any jewellery at home.

• All treatment times include a consultation period with your therapist.

• Gift Vouchers and products are available for all occasions.

• An answering machine service cuts in when both therapists are in treatment. Please leave a message, with a contact number: we will get back to you as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
